There are many mistakes in life that could bring your life to ruin and should be avoided. On of the most deadly mistakes you can make in life and in business is waiting for inspiration. These mistakes could also negative impacts on your business.
I will list these fatal mistakes below to you. Make sure you read the post till the end so you can see the information in the 6th paragraph.
Most Dangerous Mistakes to Avoid in Life and Business.
1. Waiting For Inspiration
Even if inspirations will ever come knocking on your door, the hassle is to understand it’s them and utilize them. There are too many ways to get inspiration i.e (Online, Offline). It could come to your from anyone, you only need to seize them.
Since am not a fan of Seminars, inspirational quotes are my favorites. Without inspirations, you will lack punctuality in all your endeavors. The crux of this issue is that some people wait for inspirations.
Don’t sit and wait for inspirations, search for and grab it wherever it is. You could waste your while life sitting back and waiting for inspiration. “Inspiration”, being a counterpart to “Passion” is something you can nearly do without. Search for Inspirations online and offline to move your business life ahead.
2. Worrying About The Opinion of Other People
This could make you turn your back on your career. If you still wonder what people could say, then it’s because you’re trying to please everybody. I want you to know that “Everybody” don’t give a damn about you, so feel free.
Every human being is selfish (i swear it), so focus on your career and leave them to their thinking. If you think they would say bad about you, it’s because they want to be better than you. We all want people to progress but NOT better than we do. So, brighten up your way and leave “Everybody” who want to be better. We’re all jealous and will never sing your praises all the time.
3. Complaining About Everything
Complainers are the world’s worst losers. They complain about financial crisis, environment as the cause of their poverty. Those wealthy people weren’t born in bed of roses (even though roses have thorns).
These tough times should bring you inspirations and not despair. You don’t get stronger because you fight for your career, you’ll be too weak to control your finance. So, cease and desist from complaining about everything and see them as “Battles you must get through to wealth”. No excuse is worth failing for, only mistakes, which is beyond our control. Buckle up and fight your way like the wealthy men do, it’s your fight alone.
4. Comparing Yourself to Other People
Comparison despises me a lot, because it filled with sentiments. You rarely compare yourself to those you’re better than, but those way better than you. This will bring you despair and make you think you’re fighting a losing battle.
The worst is to compare yourself to those you’re better than, it would make you lazy. “I started with Paul, even though am not so wealthy now, am better than he is”, this is ludicrous. Focus on your dream leave out others fighting their own course.
5. Repeating The Same Mistakes
They say “Mistakes gives you experience and experience is the best teacher”. I buy that saying but you must know that repeating a particular mistake is business shows you learnt nothing from the prior mistake. A mistake brought you experience if you didn’t repeat it.
Just imagine the negative impact of repeating a $10,000 mistake on a small business. Your business will be on verge on bankruptcy. Do everything within your power to avoid repeating a mistake.
6. Trying to Do Everything Perfectly
You can never do everything perfectly, there must be some flaws somewhere. So, quit from the beliefs of building everything to perfection.
Even the most standard businesses have certain internal flaws they’re dealing with. Control your flaws fix it within, try your best and know no one is perfect.
7. The Fear of Failure
No one wants to fail but fear of failure will automatically bring you failure. Failure should not be feared as it’s not the end of the road for anyone. You could fail twice, stand again on your feet and make it big the third time.
Being afraid to fail will place a limitation on your success. You wouldn’t try any business became you MIGHT fail. Who even told you, you’ll fail?. Give every single opportunity a shot and stop being afraid of failure.
8. Not Living Your Life
Sometimes, we live like Paul just to get his best friend to like us. Living fake life will do you no good, but bad. Your life should be your identity and what you are.
Do you wonder how many people hate Paul?
You can automatically annex Paul’s haters to yours by living like him to impress your selfishness. Live your life and know that “Everyone must not be your fan”. So many will despise you because of your success while lot will be happy you’re progressing.
